Here is an ideal role for a client services or program management professional who is curious about executive education and learning design.
One of our U.S. clients needs a Client Success Manager to join their team in Cebu. They’re a professional training group in the U.S. that provides assessment, coaching, and consulting services for leaders across 4 continents.
Who are they looking for? Someone who can provide exceptional service as a point of contact for 15-18 clients. This individual will have 5 or more years of work experience, preferably in learning design, consulting, or project management, as well as exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Must be highly proficient in using Salesforce.
For the chosen candidate, there’s a generous pay and benefits package that includes free HMO starting on Day 1 (also covers one dependent, for free) and a life insurance coverage of P1 million.

Must have at least a bachelor’s degree and strong interest in learning about design and executive education.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in learning design and delivery, executive education, consulting, client services, or program management.
Ability to synthesize key information and provide detailed guidance on how to deliver on client expectations.
Demonstrated project management ability and excellent skills in setting priorities and managing time well.
Strong conceptual thinking skills with great attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal communication skills; experience in interacting with senior executives preferred.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail; past editing or content creation experience ideal.
Strong service ethic when interacting with internal and external clients; ability to work well within a team.
Proactive problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous process improvement and innovation.
Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to make quick adjustments to meet client and business needs.
Demonstrated maturity and poise under pressure.
Willingness to take on additional responsibility as needed to ensure achievement of group goals and service to our clients.
Highly proficient in using Salesforce.
Must be flexible about work schedule
