(Php25, 000 – Php30, 000 + commission incentive) – 1 vacant position (at least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales and marketing)
• Responsible for selecting, training, developing, mentoring, and coaching both the sales and marketing team members.
• Responsible for sales and marketing team member’s appraisal reviews, identifying their weaknesses and strengths to come up with possible solutions/strategies and to build trust in order to meet long-term and short-term goals.
• Ensures that each team member is maintaining the detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Ensures that the team is reaching their intended targets to meet the company’s objectives.
• Make sales analyses to determine sales opportunities and trends, to be able to formulate possible solutions in maintaining and/or increasing sales productivity.
• Study new market development, research and input new strategies for the increasing of sales
• Preparing the sales report including daily, weekly, monthly sales activities to be submitted to the immediate supervisor
• Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with the team to ensure productivity and to monitor their needs and concerns
