Customer Service Scheduling | Office-Based, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30K
GoTeam is seeking a Customer Service Scheduler whose responsibilities would primarily involve data entry and heavy email communication with both branches and clients. You would work closely with the onshore customer service team to complete tasks and tickets, and there is potential for you to take on a voice role and provide customer support by phone.
You will work with a U.S. business that provides electrical services and smart technologies for both residential and large-scale commercial projects. With customer service as its top priority, this business was among the 2020 EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards winners.
Possesses exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrates intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other CRM systems.
Exhibits strong communication skills.
Maintains a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
Capable of working within a high-volume environment.
Possesses a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
