Desired requirements
Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree experience operating multi-line telephone systems and handling high-volume call environments.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Outstanding phone personality and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and processes is a plus
