Job Description

Dealing directly with clients either electronically or by telephone;
Respond promptly to clients inquiries;
Identify and escalate priority issues;
Direct request and unresolved issues to the designated departments;
Record and maintain logs;
Successful candidates will work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day;
Shift starts at 10am to 6pm, may have additional shifts timing depending on client support demands.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Polish language.
Can speak and write English
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
Can work in a fast paced environment
Able to handle pressure at work
Successful experience in a sales role and/or customer service environment
At least 2nd year college/bachelor”s degree.
Must be currently residing in the Philippines
Can start immediately
