Data Entry Specialist | Hybrid, Night Shift Job | Up to PHP30K
GoTeam is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to work with the Email Production team. The ideal candidate should be A tech-savvy individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to extract, analyze, and report data. The position requires proficiency in compiling, categorizing, verifying, coding, and calculating information.
Your client provides multi-channel direct marketing services and leads a business that has been named one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in Florida. Their wholesale and target email marketing services have been proven to drive the right audiences to their client’s websites and stores.
In this position, you will be:
Accurately organizing and reviewing data in Excel to produce insightful reports.
Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies to ensure data accuracy.
Updating and verifying customer information in the database and spreadsheets.
Performing daily data counts to track progress.
Developing a deep understanding of our client’s needs to provide excellent service.
Maintaining proper documentation of completed work including storing completed documents in appropriate locations.
Taking on additional responsibilities based on your education and experience to contribute to the company’s success.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, and an accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a general business or another related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Familiarity with minor HTML-related tasks and the ability to learn excel and HTML skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel with knowledge of formulas and Microsoft Word. Familiarity with additional technical skills is a plus.
Proficient in using Outlook.
Skilled in reviewing, proofreading, and verifying data.
Experienced in extracting and compiling information from databases.
Effective communication skills both verbal and in writing.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the requirements listed as these are essential towards succeeding in this role
